Right from the time you meet our help desk, an E-File is generated in the patients name with all the necessary details. This file can be readily accessed by both the patient and the respective medical team who is attending to him/her.
All payment details right from the first visit to the hospital till the last visit are entered into the E-file. United Hospital maintains a transparent approach and ensures that the patient is notdeprived of any information related to payments.
We accept all payments due in the form of cash, demand draft, foreign currency (Dollar, Euro, Pound), or debit/ credit card. United Hospital also has a designated Insurance Help Desk for overseas patients to assist you with all your insurance related formalities. Our prime objective is to make all our International Guests feel absolutely at home while being with us.
